Caution with high dosages in the beginning if high blood pressure or if taking medicines.
If higher dosages are needed and if you only have synthetic Vitamin E don't use it for a longer time. The best would probably be Tocotrienol that is not synthetic and in much smaller dosage.

No vitamins are enough on their own. They work only in the presence of enough of minerals in a form that can be utilized by the body. Plants and fruits in raw form supply this kind of minerals if they are grown in fertile soil without artificial fertilizers, in other words plants from organic farms or from the nature in the wild. It can be a good idea to combine Vitamin E especially Tocotrienol with minerals that are important for the specific disease that is treated, e.g. "organic" non-metallic Chromium for Diabetes etc. (Chromium can be found in Brewers Yeast etc.)

WHAT TO DO:
In the book VITAMIN E the Rejuvenation Vitamin it is described how over 32,000 patients have been treated successfully with small and large dosages of only Vitamin E against heart diseases and many other severe diseases like diabetes and infertility during 22 years. And all this without side effects or minimum side effects if the doctors prescription is followed. You may live to 150 according to the book VITAMIN E the Rejuvenation Vitamin . Before reading the book this seems completely utterly almost revoltingly impossible. After reading the book and comparing with the article about the Hunza population in the Himalayas this seems not completely impossible. 

The side effects of large dosages are refuted with much scientifically proven evidences. On the contrary large dosages are often needed for a sick person and has very successful results almost always. If you take vitamins and at the same time take medications, seek advice from a doctor since sometimes the medications must be reduced when vitamins are taken. If a person has high blood pressure the Vitamin E dosage must begin small, something like 100 Units for perhaps a week or two to be raised in intervals. That is around 10 times more than USRDA and considered a very small dosage according to the book. 

Chlorine in drinking water and elsewhere depletes the body of Vitamin E. This could be one of the main reasons for the steady increase of many modern diseases like Heart diseases, Arteriosclerosis, High blood pressure, Diabetes. Bad Immunity defense, Birth defects, Mental health, Bad Memory, Migraine, Stroke, Infertility, Allergies, Auto immune diseases, Asthma, Aches and pains, Arthritis,  Cramps, High cholesterol, Stillbirths, Skin diseases etc. etc. Allah has created at least one cure for every disease and Vitamin E can be an important one of them. Allah knows best. 

It seems that Vitamin E should come not only from synthetic resources. Vitamin E is not only tocopherols, alfa, beta, gamma, delta but also tocotrienols, alfa, beta, gamma, delta. According to some sources Tocotrienols are more efficient than even Tocopherols. Synthetic pills often contain only tocopherol-Alfa. Tocotrienols can be found in Barley, wheatgerms, rice, oats, bran oil, olive oil, almond oil and especially palm oil. If you want a nice variety of palm oil rich also in betacarotines try something else than Carotino since it is mixed with Canola which most probably is GMO.

It seems that GMO might be involved in the manufacturing process for some Synthetic Vitamin E. A very strong reason to keep strictly to natural Vitamin E instead like e.g. the brands Nutrolein, Tocovid and/or Carotene

However the strength of natural sources might not be enough for a person who is sick or who is old or for other reasons cannot absorb enough amounts of the vitamin. When we are sick we need extra much of vitamins. When we are sick we must have extra supplements. The diet, especially the modern diet, is not enough. But then take preferably Tocotrienol in the local brand TOCOVID instead of the sometimes synthetic Vitamin-E that sometimes even might be GMO containing exclusively synthetic Tocopherol, common in vitamin shops

Vitamin E does not work on it's own without the presence of enough of good quality minerals in a form that can be utilized by the body. If we live on a diet of junk food or only cooked and fried food we don't get enough of good quality minerals in our food. Most minerals from vitamin shops are in the wrong form, almost useless for the body at least if we are over 50 years old. Fresh raw plants and fruits from organic quality farming have enough of minerals and in a form that can be utilized 100% in the body by anybody independent of age.


FORBIDDEN IN:
Since it is something very good, probably soon almost everywhere because of Codex Alimentarius if it gets implemented also in your country. At least in dosages over microscopic level. However if you know the natural resources you don't need to go to vitamin shops any longer, God willing.

Probably you will first be told by the authorities that Vitamin E is not good for you. Just like in George Orwells 1984. In other words: "Newspeak". However very few can believe in what I just wrote. I don't blame those who don't believe in me. I hope I am wrong. Sincerely.

Narrated Abu Hurayrah:  While the Prophet was saying something in a gathering, a Bedouin came and asked him, "When would the Hour (Doomsday) take place?" Allah's Apostle continued his talk, so some people said that Allah's Apostle had heard the question, but did not like what that Bedouin had asked. Some of them said that Allah's Apostle had not heard it. When the Prophet finished his speech, he said, "Where is the questioner, who inquired about the Hour (Doomsday)?" The Bedouin said, "I am here, O Allah's Apostle ." Then the Prophet said, "When honesty is lost, then wait for the Hour (Doomsday)." The Bedouin said, "How will that be lost?" The Prophet said, "When the power or authority comes in the hands of unfit persons, then wait for the Hour (Doomsday.)"
