WHERE IT CAN BE FOUND:

If we cannot stand sunlight we should not protect ourselves with sun blocker more than as a last resort since the Vitamin D generated is very healthy for us. However if we get burnt of course we cannot be in the sun too long. If we have enough of vitamin B we seldom get burnt.
