HEART

  • The following information is taken mainly from Books, Health magazines, Internet, Videos and Newspaper articles.
  • It is not always verified information but a base, a beginning, for your own studies. Nowadays one has to make one's own studies. We seldom get this kind of information from authorities any longer.
  • It is up to each and everyone to make up their own mind if they want to believe it or not.
  • I am not a doctor and the advice below does not replace professional medical treatment in any way.
  • The presentation below is only what I believe is correct and I might have made mistakes, small or big.
  • Anybody who has a serious disease ought to start to study about his/her disease especially alternative methods. The alternative methods aim to make the body heal itself with God's help.
  • Not just take away the symptoms only, like very often with Allopathic medicine.
  • But always discuss treatments with a real doctor, natural or allopathic, preferably both kinds of doctors.
  • All cures work best with a healthy lifestyle in general eating much raw fresh organic vegetables and some fruits, enough exercise, detoxification when needed, enough rest, fresh air, avoid toxins in food, drinks and environment and minimize stress.

INDEX:
Immunity Shield
  • The Immunity Shield:
    • The border indicates extra risk of cancer if dark red and some protection against cancer if dark green.
    • The immunity shield appears only if there is a very clear trend of effects against or for immunity and/or cancer.

Fig Leaf showing male, female fertility and birth

  • The Fig Leaf:
    • Up to the left on the fig leaf in the picture above is male fertility. The darker green the better
    • Up to the right in the picture is female fertility. In this picture above it is slightly darker of the two.
    • Down on the fig leaf is birth, probability of Birth Defects etc. which is as dark as female fertility in this picture which means good for birth.
    • The rather narrow sized border and the stem of the fig leaf is not clearly seen on this picture but is symbolizing trend of total fertility and birth problems and benefits.
    • The Fig leaf appears only if there is a very clear trend of effects against or for fertility and/or birth.

The body's reactions can be very individual. Only Allah (= Our one single God and Creator) knows exactly what all the different nutrients are in plants etc. and what final effect they and different toxins have. It could be a good idea to make an honest attempt to minimize toxins or even begin a detox so that good nutrients can have a better effect. Vitamins, Enzymes and Minerals work together, never alone.

Trend Symptoms Amalgam
Amalgam
Tooth fillings. Mercury which is the most toxic ingredient can also be found in VaccinationsEnergy Saving Lamps and sometimes in HFCS (High Fructose Corn syrup) and therefore also probably not seldom in standard industry processed Infant Formula

What to do:
  • If you can afford it:
    • Contact a dentist who really knows how to take out the fillings without ruining his and your health. It is not enough that the dentist says he knows how to do it. You yourself have to check him/her out.
    • Avoid especially mixing with other metals in the mouth like gold etc.
  • If you cannot afford it:
    • Organic Selenium e.g. from Organic Brewer's Yeast as a protection against heavy metals like the Mercury in the Amalgam.
    • Don't brush too often on the exposed fillings which accelerates toxic leak of Mercury  from the fillings.
  • If you have severe symptoms also try
    • Detox
    • Some nice diet with a large share of organic vegetables and organic fruits e.g.:
      • GAPS diet

Aspartame is the technical name for the brand names: NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, Equal Measure, E951, Benevia, Canderel and AminoSweet. It can be found as food additive in instant breakfasts, breath mints, cereals, sugar free chewing gum, cocoa mixes, coffee beverages, cosmetics, frozen desserts, ice cream, gelatin desserts, juice beverages, laxatives, multivitamins, milk drinks, pharmaceuticals and supplements, shake mixes, soft drinks like diet Coke, diet Pepsi, Crystal Light and Kool Aid, tabletop sweeteners, tea beverages, instant teas and coffees, topping mixes, Vaccinations, wine coolers and yogurt. Aspartame and other sweeteners can now be added to Regular and Diet Drinks everywhere, at least in USA, but other countries often follow with the same laws. Sometimes laws are ignored. Aspartame is found in around 6,000 different foods.

"Neotame" a new supposed to be more toxic form of Aspartame can since around end of 2010 be added to any food in USA without labeling, even to USDA certified organic processed food and certified Kosher products. Read more...

In organic non-metallic form it is essential for health of plants

In metallic form it is the only mineral known to man (or at least to me) that can stop Radiation

Lead can only insulate from radiation e.g. gamma radiation if perhaps 1 meter thick, but Boron can stop radiation in a contaminated area more or less. E.g. Milk farmers in Hawai makes use of Boron to produce healthy milk when the grass fields are contaminated before applying Boron.

Cacao
Trend Benefits Cacao Raw Organic from Arriba
Cacao
Organic and Raw

If raw organic Cacao especially from Arriba in Ecuador:

Organic Calcium, Chromium,Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Sulfur, Zinc, Carbohydrates, Fiber, Protein, Omega 6, Antioxidants, Flavanols, Flavonoids, Carbohydrates, Fibers, Protein, Lipid anandamide, PEA, Oxalic acid, Quercitin, Polyphenols, Xanthenes. In total over 300 ingredients, perhaps even 600 if counting many phytonutrients not listed above.

What to do:
  • Try the raw organic cacao from Arriba in Ecuador which has very few similarities with standard chocolate when mixed with refined sugar as such chocolate has probably no benefits at all or very limited benefits.
  • But even if Cacao in its proper form and origin is very nutritious don't eat it too often or too much since it has a strong effect on the brain and heart and on top of that the oxalic acid blocks calcium uptake. It can give an almost euophoric effect on the brain not very different from the feelings when falling in love. This is of course good against depression which is only one of very many benefits.
The old original raw cacao from Arriba is very rich in minerals and antioxidants, sometimes in the highest concentration of all superfoods and therefore most probably very healthy, God willing. However the industrial chocolate is a completely other matter, mixed with sugar and only slightly related to the original old cacao which can only be found with certainty in certain districts in South America and on old trees only. The old trees are more or less guaranteed same genetic content as the original old Cacao trees hundreds or thousands of years ago. Younger trees might be mixed with less potent cacao genetics during the last 100 years or so. Read more about Cacao among the superfoods at http://science.naturalnews.com/cacao.html

Trend Symptoms Cadmium
Cadmium
Metallic
All soils, rocks including coal and mineral fertilizers have some cadmium in them. Cadmium is emitted during processes that utilize ores and during combustion of fossil fuels. It is released into the atmosphere through certain manufacturing operations like preparation of fungicides and fertilizers. It can also be released into the atmosphere when garbage containing batteries, plastic, paint etc. is burned The highest concentration of Cadmium may appear in fish, shellfish and organs like the liver and kidneys. It can be found in cigarettes, batteries, as pigment in paint, glazed pottery or porcelain, as a plastic stabilizer and it is used in photography and in dyes. The "itai-itai" syndrome in Japan was a result of contaminated rice.

In the good old days 20-30 years ago especially red and sometimes yellow plastic utensils used in the kitchen could contain a large amount of cadmium. Root fillings contains lead and cadmium.

It has been found in children's toys, raincoats and backpacks made of vinyl and PVC according to a GreenPeace investigation. However Greenpeace is not very trustworthy according to many articles, 1, 2  3. It could be that Greenpeace are right, but it could also be that they want to confuse the public which makes the whole thing even more scary. Fact remains if it is easy to avoid it, try to avoid it. At least until we know more

The Fluoridation treatment agent solution for drinking water has at least in one case contained not only Fluoride- according to an article about a paper prepared by Lucifer Chemical Industries, Ltd.. It also can contain heavy metals like Lead,- as well as Arsenic, Barium, Cadmium, Iron, Iodine, Mercury, Selenium, Silver etc. and also Uranium and Polonium according to the paper

Children trinkets, bracelets sometimes up to 80% Cadmium sometimes manufactured in China.

Chlorine
Trend Symptoms Chlorine
Chlorine
Inorganic
Chlorine is added in most countries especially in USA and the third world to drinking water to protect against bacteria. These countries have as far as I understand a higher rate of heart disease than countries that use other methods to take away bacteria.

There is supposed to be a less dangerous form called ammonium chlorine in some developed countries. Europe is according to one source Ozonizing their drinking water instead of chlorinating it. Chlorine is entering our body either in our drinking water or when we shower. Most public swimming pools have large amounts of Chlorine. Many Mineral water has Chlorine added to it in spite of claims that they are completely "natural". Perhaps 50% of all Mineral water also contains Fluoride. Even Zam Zam water contains Chlorine. However it most definitely is an organic form of Chlorine in Zam Zam water and other so called "holy waters". The organic form of Chlorine is totally harmless, even needed by the body. Zam Zam water and Sango Coral treatment mixed with any water is supposed to make ordinary tap water etc. harmless. It neutralizes poisons in ordinary water. Other places where Chlorine can be found is in the Anesthetic "Halothane". Mustard gas during World War 1 and last but not least CFC:s in air conditioners and spray bottles.

Another much bigger area where Chlorine is found is in pesticides, like Velsicol and in non-organic food when pesticides have been used.

Colloid organic chlorine from plants, fruits and perhaps some so called "holy waters" is however not poisonous.
It is needed by the body to manufacture hydrochloric acid in the stomach to aid digestion.

EMF

Trend Symptoms EMF
EMF

EMF comes from e.g. Wireless Routers, WiFi computers, WiFi Laptops, WiFi Tablets, Celltower antennas (sometimes hidden), Cellphones, Cordless phones, Powerstrips for 110-120-220-240 Volts, Mercury energy saving Lamps. Those lamps are anyway toxic if they break so why not change them to high quality LED lamps instead which lasts longer and takes less power. If they are too expensive, start a factory and try to become a millionaire since they are probably much cheaper to manufacture than the mercury lamps

See Videos below with comments at Natural health Strategies Link...

What to do:
  • Try to get away from all this EMF radiation at least during nights when sleeping. Don't have WiFi on during night. Don't charge phones near the head, better to take them away from the bed area completely. Same with wiring. Check if you have a smartmeter and try to change it to a compatible analog system through a legitime electrician. Don't ever use a microwave oven since it anyway destroys the food including enzymes, minerals and vitamins and probably also other nutrients, no matter what authorities claim. Since there are  other cheap simple methods like a normal oven or even better, to eat more of your food raw, why use a microwave oven?
  • Don't let your child sleep with the handphone under the cushion. (Very common) A lot of other things to do after checking out http://www.mercola.com. Check e.g. dr. Mercolas handsfree alternative with piped air to the ears, not any electricity and magnets etc. involved at all near the head.
Listen to downloadable MP3 Sound files below:

Enzymes

Trend Benefits Enzymes
Enzymes

What to do:

Whatever raw fresh organic vegetables and fruits you eat, the enzymes to digest it comes with it.

If you don't eat at least 51% raw fresh organic vegetables and fruits, your body will interpret your food as an invader, something that has to be fought against.  Source: Video no 1 from http://www.foodmatters.tv

The pancreas will be burdened with heavy tasks of digesting your food, making all needed enzymes, which it cannot do quickly enough if you also eat cooked, steaked, grilled meat unless you eat this seldom and in limited amounts.

In order for Vitamins to be useful there has to be enough non metallic minerals and enough fresh enzymes present
In order for Minerals to be useful, the minerals has to be non metallic and you have to enough enzymes and non artificial vitamins present

Estrogen

Trend Symptoms Excess Estrogen
Estrogen
if Excess amounts or wrong timing
Elevated levels and wrong timing of higher Estrogen levels or substances that mimick Estrogen can cause a lot of health problems including reduced bone formation. It is Progesterone, (Not Progestine), that makes our bones stronger in a healthy natural way. How to apply Progesterone in order to avoid side effects and what it is good for, together with warnings against synthetic similar hormone products. See article by dr. Mercola

Estrogen and Estrogen mimicking substances are found in:
  • Inorganic Meat, (Links 1 2)
  • Unfermented Soy products, (Links 1 )
  • Inorganic Milk and Dairy products (Links 1 2 3 4)
  • Pesticides
  • Some Plastics (Nonylphenol, BPA) (Links 1 2 3)
  • The replacement for BPA is BPS and just as bad or worse, See also investigation by the company that makes Pura stainless steel water bottles finding out that BPS causes problems in extremely low concentrations down to 1 ppb (part per billion)
  • Atrazine in drinking water
  • Parabens common in cosmetics, shampoo and even toothpaste
  • Some Minerals in Metallic form: Aluminum, Antimony, Arsenite, Barium, Cadmium, Chromium, Cobalt, Copper, Lead, Mercury, Nickel, Selenite, Tin, Vanadate
  • HRT Hormone Replacement Treatment presumatbly against Menopause symptoms but resulting not seldom in worse symptoms since "the opposite hormone" Progesterone, (Not the synthetic Progestine), might be the proper choice of hormones, at least once in a while, when having Menopause problems
  • 20 June 2012: Recommendation of the book "Stay Young and Sexy" together with useful information about how to apply Progesterone in order to avoid side effects and what it is good for, together with warnings against synthetic similar hormone products. See article by dr. Mercola

Fiber

20 foods with the most Fiber

Acai Berry, Adzuki Beans, Almonds, Ambarella, Apples, Avocado,  Baei Fruit, Bananas, Barley, Beans, Bitter Melon, Black Beans, Bread (Brown), Breadfruit, Buckwheat, Cacao Raw Organic, Cashews, Cempedak, Cherries, Chii Peppers, Ciku, Cinnamon, Coconut Oil, Cranberries, Cucumbers, Custard Apple, Dates, Dragonfruit, Durian, Figs, Ginger, Grapefruit, Grapes, Guava, Hazelnut, Jackfruit, Langsat, Lemons, Lime, Longans, Lychee, Mandarin, Mango, Mangosteen,  Marian Plum, Marang, Millet, Moringa, Nutmeg, Oatmeal Oats, Olives, Oranges, Papaya, Passionfruit, Peaches, Peanuts, Pecans, Peppermint, Persimmons, Pine Nuts / Pignolias, Pineapple, Pistachio Nuts, Plums, Pomegranates, Pumpkins, Pumpkin Seeds, Quinoa, Rambutan, Rice (Brown), Rice (Wild), Rye, Snake Cucumber, Soursop, Spelt, Starch, Strawberries, Sunflower seeds, Tamarind, Tangerine, Turmeric, Walnuts, Watermelon

The Soluble fibers come mainly from Fruits and Vegetables. These fibers are eaten for health. These soluble fibers become food for our good bacteria in the intestines, those that manufacture vitamins and help digest our food. We have around 100 trillion of them. 80% of our immunity system depends on our good bacteria in our intestines.

The Insoluble fibers come mainly from Grains and Grasslike plants
. These fibers are avoided to be on the safe side in order to maintain health. The insoluble fibers can cause flatulence when they ferment in the large intestine or colon. They also can cause small wounds in the lining of the large intestine and colon. Something to be avoided if we have IBS (Irritated Bowel Syndrome)

Compare also with Pesticides since the average pesticides are found only in the fibers of the washed plants and fruits, unless it is neonicotinoides which are found in all parts of the fruits and vegetables (Neonicotinoides are those that kill bees at least indirectly). Fibers can if we drink our own self made fruit juice (smoothies, etc.) be filtered away and thrown away.

Fish

Fish Trend Benefits
Fish

What to do:
  • Fish is such a wonderful food that we should strive to eliminate every doubt about it's quality.
  • If you want to be safe try to get organic fish from a fish farm with a good reputation among experts on organic food.
  • Use a good quality Geiger Counter on larger fish in general and all fish from the area of Fukushima.
  • Daily Spirulina even in small doses can be a good protection against unexpected Radiation of  any kind wherever it comes from
  • Eat some extra organic Selenium every day if you anyway are still afraid of Heavy Metals. Fish does normally contain some Selenium. According to Weston A Price Foundation the Mercury in seafood has existed even before pollution increased and is bound to the fat in fish and totally harmless and will pass out from the body without doing any harm.

Flour White Refined

Trend Symptoms Rice White Refined
White Refined Flour

When Flour is Refined almost only Carbohydrates comparable with white Refined Sugar remains. All important minerals, vitamins, enzymes are gone.

The bran normally contains Phytic Acids that block minerals like Calcium, Chromium and Magnesium, Copper, Iron, Iodine and Zinc. But most of the Phytic Acid is taken away in the refining process. What remains after refining is more or less equal to Refined Sugar which unfortunately blocks some of the same minerals to a large extent and also blocks or reduces Enzymes,  Protein, Biotin, Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5 and Vitamin E. In other words bread baked on Flour is seldom a health food even when not refined (full grain etc.) except perhaps if made with sourdough using a slow process (dough rising several days). Something that might be done by your favorite relatively small private organic bakery, but less likely in a larger corporation where profit not seldom is regarded as more important than health. You can also try sprouted breads which also have minerals, vitamins and other nutrients still in the bread and most of the Phytic Acids gone through the sprouting process. Using yeast with the dough rising at least 2 hours at 100 degrees also removes most Phytic Acids. But some of us are allergic to Yeast.

White Flour refined or not, also normally contains Gluten which can cause a lot of health problems unless it is e.g. Quinoa Flour which does not contain Gluten or very little of it. Worst is Wheat but not so much Durum Wheat used for spaghetti.

If you happen to be allergic to bread and don't  know if you are allergic to Yeast and/or Gluten, try slowly processed sourdough organic bread to find out what is the best for you and what is edible for you and limit the amount eaten

What to do:
  • If you have cancer or diabetes avoid all kinds of flour based products unless a true health organization like the profit free Gerson Institute approves of that particular food item.
  • If you don't have cancer or diabetes:
    • Don't eat in excess
    • Try Sourdough bread
    • Try Sprouted bread
    • Try products based on Gluten free flour like Quinoa
    • Try Rice cakes made with organic brown unpolished rice

Fluoride
Trend Symptoms Fluoride
Fluoride
Inorganic
1 part per Million (1 ppm) or more (normally up to 4 ppm) in drinking water in many urban areas around the world. Fluoridated Toothpaste up to 4,000 ppm = 0.4% according to one source. Juice made on concentrates mixed with ordinary so called common water in Fluoridated areas or where pesticides are used in agriculture. Fruits, vegetables and juice contaminated with pesticides. Many food items unless they are organic. Often in Popular canned drinks if your country uses Fluoridated drinking water. Common tea is typically 1 to 6 ppm and especially green tea.- But tea can contain even more-. One single cup of tea can contain more Fluoride than is actually given as medication against hyperthyroidism. De-caffeinated tea can contain more Fluoride than common tea when Fluoridated water is used in the de-decaffeinating process. Tea also contains Aluminum which can raise especially the neurological and renal toxic effects of Fluoride. Microwave popcorn bags. Packaging for greasy foods. Stain-proof clothing. Carpet and fabric protectors. Flame retardants. Stain-resistant carpeting. Some household cleaning products. PFC, PFOA. Food wrappers for junk food, Popcorn bags for micro wave oven.

It is however not at all sure that these articles about green tea are completely true. If the Aluminum is in an organic form it is completely harmless. Aluminum and heavy metals are harmful only in it's metallic form. Organic Aluminum as well as all other organic minerals never accumulate in the body cells. If the Fluoride in tea in its organic Fluorine form it is most probably also harmless. But if it is in the same form as the pesticides etc. are spread it is most probably very harmful. Better to stay away if we don't know.

Reddish colored Rock Salt.

Other products that contain Fluoride: The Anesthetic "Halothane", the nerve gas Sarine (one lethal dose of Sarin would fit on a head of a  pin), CFC:s. Fluorinated Valium, "Roofs", "Date rape" (Rohypnol) is 20-30 times stronger than normal Valium.

The cooking of vegetables in Fluoridated water can increase the concentration of Fluoride in the vegetables up to over 100 times, apart from reducing vitamins, minerals, oils and enzymes in the vegetables. Mineral water perhaps 50% of all sorts sold. Pesticides. Fruit shells like oranges sprayed with pesticides. Some toothpicks. Rinsing water for the mouth. Fluoride treatments can contain 10,000 - 20,000 ppm which sometimes have lead to a few cases with children dying in the dentist's chair according to more than one source. Some materials for repairing teeth. Canned food. Teflon and Tefal coated frying pans, sandwich makers etc. where the surface is scraped etc. Part of the controversial psycho active psychiatric drugs PROZAC, Paxil, Luvox, Rohypnol.-Wine can contain up to 3 ppm. Some Car wax. Some Spray can oil. Nerve Gas. Some medicines against hypothyroidism.

The brand "Nursery Water for babies". It is especially dangerous for babies to ingest Fluoride in any form.

What to do:
  • Clean your
    • Drinking water (Minerals you can instead get from organic vegetables, fruits and superfoods etc.)
      • Distiller
      • R/O system
      • if you cannot afford the above try to get at least a carbon filter, but Fluoride will go straight through.

HFCS
High Fructose Corn Syrup
Trend Symptoms HFCS
HFCS
Beef Jerky, Candy, Condiments, Pizza Sauce, Some Infant Formula, Soft Drinks, Pastries, Processed Foods, Common in Standard American Diet (=SAD diet), Sauces

Examples: HFCS might be found in e.g. Kool-Aid Jammers, Hawaiian Punch, Capri Sun Orange and Capri Sun Sunrise, McDonald's Baked Hot Apple Pies, Children's vitamins and commercially prepared salad dressings. Enfamil's Soy Toddler formula lists Corn Syrup Solids as the initial ingredient

Can be masked as other kinds of ingredients like  Dextrose or Corn Syrup or Fructose or "Sugar Free" and might be GMO.

HFCS is not seldom contaminated with Mercury and with Glutaraldehyde which is extremely toxic to the human body and causes eye, nose, throat and lung irritation (asthma, sneezing, wheezing, burning eyes, etc.). It can also cause drowsiness, dizziness and headaches. It could even burn a hole in the stomach etc. (http://www.cdc.gov/niosh/topics/glutaraldehyde/)

Sugar and HFCS (= High Fructose Corn Syrup) have lots of bad effects on health.

Honey Raw
Trend Benefits Honey Raw not Pasteurized
Honey Raw
Not Pasteurized
Among the best sorts of Honey is Active Manuka Honey 10+ and above. Check out Wild Honey and Honey from Organic farms. Organic farms often have flowers of many different kinds mixed with vegetables and fruits. Organic farmers also give back some of the harvested honey to the bees so the bees have a strong immunity defense and become strong and healthy. Organic farms are not situated near any GMO farms or other farms that use fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides or monocultures.

Honey has around 100 different antibacterial and antiviral properties and an abundance of colloidal organic minerals, enzymes, phytonutrients, vitamins and all the rest of healthy nutrients whatever it can be. Honey and Bee Pollen are the only foods that can last at least 100 years. But it must be raw not pasteurized and never mixed with glucose etc.

Infant Formula
Trend Symptoms Infant Formula Soy Based Hexane etc
Infant Formula Commercial version
Supermarkets, Any shop selling processed Baby Food

What to do:
  • You have perhaps heard about the Melamine scandal in Infant Formula. What the newspapers did not print was the rest of the Infant Formula is not very much better than Melamine. It is perhaps weaker poisons, but they work on a longer perspective.
  • To minimize risk of health problems for your child avoid commercial infant formulas especially if they are based on Soy be it organic Soy or not.
  • Breast milk is of course  the best especially if it is directly from the breast and never put into plastic bottles. See the book Pottenger's 900 Cats.
  • Next best after breast milk is
    • infant formula made on raw organic carrots (according to Charlotte Gerson) probably made in the Norwalk Juice machine described at Gerson.org
  • Home made infant formulas

MSG

Trend Symptoms MSG
MSG
In USA if a food has a food additive containing less than 99% MSG the label does not need to reveal that it contains MSG. It can even have a label "No MSG added", "No MSG", "No added MSG", and still be "legal".  These kind of laws from  US are not seldom copied by other countries without investigation.

According to one list 30 different food sorts can often, but not always contain MSG without any specification on the food label. MSG is used as a flavor enhancer in foods prepared at home, in restaurants and by food processors. It is often much cheaper to add MSG than to use enough of fresh high quality real ingredients.

Many names of ingredients can sometimes but not always be used to hide MSG: Glutamate, Textured protein, Hydrolyzed protein, Mono potassium glutamate, Glutamic acid, Sodium caseinate, Gelatin, Yeast extract, Yeast food, Autolyzed yeast, Yeast nutrient, Malt-extract, Malt flavoring, Barley malt, Stock, Broth, Carageenan, Maltodextrin, Whey protein, Whey protein isolate, Whey protein concentrate, Pectin, Protease enzymes, Enzymes, Protease, Flavor(s), Flavoring(s), Natural pork flavoring, Natural beef flavoring, Natural chicken flavoring, Seasonings, Soy sauce, Soy sauce extract, Soy protein isolate, Soy protein concentrate, Anything protein fortified, Anything Enzyme modified, Anything Ultra-pasteurized, Anything fermented. MSG can exist in soaps, shampoos, hair conditioners and cosmetics where MSG is hidden in "amino acids". Auxigro WP Plant Metabolic Primer (Auxigro) contains around 30% MSG and is meant to be sprayed on beans, lettuce, peanuts, tomatoes and potatoes. (As if pesticides were not enough).

Drinks, Candy and Chewing gum. Some Baby Food,  Tobacco, Iced tea, Red Star Yeast, Chicken Pox Vaccinations, Binders and Fillers for medications, Nutrients, Supplements, Enteral feeding materials and some Fluids administered intravenously in hospitals may contain MSG according to the same list.  Hospital food can sometimes contain MSG. People who want to avoid the extremely toxic substance Fluoride in the toothpaste, (4,000 ppm = 0.4% according to one source of Sodium Fluoride in toothpaste is normal) might instead buy a herbal toothpaste that contains MSG.

Famous junk food brands are not safe from MSG. Wax on fruits, Chicken and Turkey Gravy Mixes, Broth, Bouillon and Canned gravies, Bakery items with fruit fillings, Lunch meats, Canned tuna fish, Canned salmon, Processed Cheese, Bacon and Ham, Pre formed frozen hamburgers, Ice cream, Cereals, Cake mixes, Gatorade, Soups, Frozen TV dinners, Entrees, Pre-made convenience food, Yogurts, Whipped cream, Cottage cheese.

What to do:
  • Learn more
  • Since labels don't always reveal contents of MSG. It has typically around 40 to 50 names to avoid detection learn the most common names like "No MSG", "Flavoring", "Hydrolized this and that" or "permitted" additive etc.
  • Even if you don't have any of the very many symptoms for MSG, avoid it or at least minimize it. You might not get hurt or notice anything while you are young, but developing visible or detectable symptoms like migraine can take time.
  • To practice the Gerson Therapy or if you at least become a Vegan means that you automatically avoid MSG and most other poisons.

Pesticides

Trend Symptoms Pesticides

Pesticides

The most pesticides are found in (listed in the order of how common it is):
  1. Absolutely abhorrent amounts of pesticides, hundred fold or more than in standard pesticidal agriculture: GMO products like Corn, Cotton, Canola, Soy and Flax seeds and a few more GMO products that for the moment are less common.
  2. Not organic food with many times more pesticides than in fruits and vegetables: Animal products like Meat, Milk, Milk drinks, Butter and Cheese.
  3. Not organic with much pesticides but not as much as in animal products and GMO products:  Apples, Green Beans, Cabbage, Carrots,  Collards, Dates, Grapes, Kale, Lemons, Lettuce, Mustard, Nectarines, Peaches, Pears, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Potatoes, Spinach, Strawberries, Sweet Potatoes, Turnip Greens,
  4. Not organic food with relatively small amounts of pesticides: Apricots, Cantaloupe, Celery, Sweet Cherries, Cucumbers and Sugarfree Chewing gums
  5. Not organic food rarely with any pesticides at all: Avocado, Coconut Oil, Coconut Water, Figs, Garlic, Pecans
  6. Should not be any pesticides at all or only small residues: Organic food of all kinds if truly organic and Wild food. However look out for organic pasteurized milk. The so called organic cows could have been fed GMO soy and still deliver USDA certified organic milk. This fact only goes to show how important it is that we ourselves have to think and act and decide. Our authorities are not there to protect us if you for a moment believed in them. If they really were there to protect us GMO, many additives and pesticides would not exist at all.
It is important to remember that most of the pesticides in fruits and vegetables can be found within the fibers. This fact we can often do something about.

Pesticides, Herbicides, Fungicides, Insectides are normally found mostly in GMO food as well as meat and animal products like milk and butter but they also exist within especially the Fibers of non organic plants. Except for the neonicotinoids (which kill the bees), which are found in the whole plant both in fibers and the whole rest of the plant.

20 nutrients with the most fibers

Fibers in Fruits and vegetables are made for our bodies. The fibers are soluble and healthy if from organic or wild source. They are food for our healthy bacteria in our intestines. We have around 100 trillion of those good healthy bacteria that digest our food and make vitamins etc. and we cannot live without them in the long run. Antibiotics kills those bacteria, while collodial silver only kills bad bacteria in our intestines and spares the good bacteria. So while adjusting to a better diet or trying to cure IBS (irritated bowel syndrome) it could be a good idea to try colloidal silver for a while to see if there is any difference. If the fibers are not from organic or wild source we must try to take them away.

The fibers from grass, seeds and grains can cause lots of problems in our intestines if taken not in very small amounts even if they appear to be and are marketed as healthy and even if they are from organic source. They are unsoluble but might ferment in the large intestine and cause flatulence and cause small wounds on the inner walls of the instestines. Not a good idea to eat if we have IBS.

Fruits, vegetables should be washed before eating also when organic since we don't always know how truly organic they are or there could be some dirt or even small worms even if they really are organic.

To avoid the fibers (where most of the pesticides are) in fruit juice made on non organic fruits and vegetables we either use a common sieve to get rid of most of the fibers or we use the Norwalk Juicer which separates fibers from all true good nutrients

Meat we always must find out the origin of and how they are fed. Grass fed, or fed GMO-soy and pellets. Always choose the naturally fed animals or eat wild animals. The decision to eat less meat seems rather natural so as to avoid being a detective much of the time. But sometimes we need meat if we are healthy. Our intestines are made for moderate amounts of meat as long as we are healthy.

Rice White Refined

Trend Symptoms Rice White Refined
White Refined Rice

When Rice is polished almost only Carbohydrates comparable with Refined Sugar remains. All important minerals, vitamins, enzymes were in the shell that is taken away (polished) during the refining process.

What is left is comparable to Refined Sugar which unfortunately blocks some minerals and reduces some vitamins and enzymes. Refined Sugar blocks Calcium, Magnesium and Chromium. It also reduces Enzymes, Protein, Biotin, Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5 and Vitamin E. It increases need for Vitamin B12 in the body and causing other problems as well in the body. So the question is why do we eat it? Probably because Brown rice is not so common in restaurants and shops and takes slightly longer time to cook. Health authorities obviously don't realize the importance of what is lost during the refining process or this misfortune would never last. Health authorities have obviously not read Pottengers 900 cats. It is a small book.

Trend Symptoms Rice White Refined

What to do:
  • If you have cancer or diabetes:
    • Avoid all kinds of white refined rice products
  • If you don't have cancer or diabetes:
    • Don't eat in excess
    • If you feel must have white rice eat together with organic vegetables, organic meat, organic eggs, fish etc. of good quality and the sugar in the rice becomes less harmful.
    • Change to brown rice or mix gradually day by day into a larger proportion of brown rice until you like it more than white rice.
    • When we clean whatever kind of rice before cooking use filtered water that does not contain Fluoride and Chlorine if possible

Smoking
Cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, being in the same room as a smoker at least if a longer time.

What to do:
  • It is absolute madness to smoke considering the amount of possible symptoms after long time of smoking.
  • Since it obviously is harmful to the body it cannot be classified as anything else than Haram (= forbidden in Islam) for Muslims. One does not need to be a scholar to understand that. However not all scholars realize the dangers of smoking.
  • Stop smoking and if you cannot stop, try the Gerson Therapy. The Gerson method including nightly enemas makes addicts, not only tobacco addicts but also heroin addicts etc. stop in around 2 weeks at the most. Sometimes it takes only a few days, when the body has got every thinkable nutrient it needs in the Gerson Therapy. The body stops shouting for more and more of stimulants when it has got everything it needs.

Many believe that low Sodium is the best. But some people suffer from low Sodium. It is more a question having balance between Potassium and Sodium. Excess sodium in organic non metallic form automatically leaves the body especially if there is enough of organic non metallic Potassium in the body.

So called Healthy Soy and even organic soy if it is unfermented might be silently killing us according to an  article from mercola.com based on another article from Weston A. Price Foundation.

Where to find:

Everywhere even in organics shops. It has been touted as a health food for decades. A dream come true for NWO since almost everyone believes in it.

Baby infant formula, soy ice cream, Soy Lecithin in very many kinds of foods, named only "lecithin". Lecithin is a very important food but if it is made from soy, particularly GMO-soy it is not welcome at all. All kinds of restaurants including Chinese restaurants (Those who don't know about their ancestors choice of only fermented soy) nowadays might serve soy in high costing meals. Of course they don't' know and authorities are normally paralyzed it seems. (Again)

It also reduces Enzymes, Biotin, Protein, Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5 and Vitamin E. It increases need for Vitamin B12 in the body. It raises levels of Estradiol mainly in men. Estradiol is a kind of Estrogen-like Hormone. Health authorities obviously don't realize the importance of what is lost during the refining process or this misfortune would never last. Health authorities have obviously not read Pottengers 900 cats. It is a small book.

What to do:
  • Eat organic Molasses instead, or brown organic sugar (the real unrefined) or unrefined organic cane sugar or real Raw unpasteurized Honey or Stevia etc. but avoid artificial sweeteners that have even worse symptoms like e.g. Sucralose  / Splenda or Aspartame with it's many names
  • Raw not boiled, fried or microwaved or pasteurized etc. Fruits, berries have their own nutrients for the body to break it down without complications
  • We should also avoid White Refined Rice and White Refined Flour and HFCS which all are sugar after the refining process

It is important to get hold of organic tea since standard tea might contain Fluoride. If the Fluoride is in inorganic form it is poisonous. There is no simple way of knowing. To be on the safe side choose organic tea. One single cup of tea can otherwise influence the Thyroid as a full daily dose against hyperthyroidism if the Fluoride is inorganic. However if the Fluoride is in organic form there should be no reason to worry.

SPECIFIC FOR HEART:
For heart diseases, stroke and diabetes it is extremely important to read "VITAMIN E the Rejuvenation Vitamin", Author: Carlson Wade, 1970, Printing: 1970, Award Books, Universal Award House Inc., 235 East Forty-fifth Street, New York, NY 10017, USA.

Don't start with self medication like Vitamin E and Gingko Biloba without first consulting your doctor if you are already on medications! The amount of medicines have to be reduced if Vitamin E and/or Gingko Biloba or other blood circulation medicines are taken.

As soon as possible when having a heart attack or a stroke, try to eat or drink something with organic Germanium like Garlic, Ganoderma mushrooms. The Germanium in organic form helps the use of oxygen and can speed up recovery considerably.

If you have clogged arteries that can cause higher blood pressure and in the long run heart attack or stroke, please try to take at least = minimum 2 grams = 2,000 mg of fish oil of the best possible quality per day. It is even better if you take more. In Malaysia that is among other brands Pristine. If you can combine with a basic good healthy diet with lots of raw organic vegetables and some raw organic fruits and some basic exercise, the result would probably be quicker, better and more long lasting.

Krill Oil might be an even better choice than fish oil for Omega 3.

Don't ever take Statins to lower cholesterol. Read what the Weston Price Foundation writes about Cholesterol lowering drugs. Look it up on the web. I will return with a link, God willing. In the meanwhile look it up on the WWW with Google or any other bigger search engine. If you don't need the information now, search anyway because tomorrow any time now, it might be forbidden information because of Codex Alimentarius. That's why I put up this web site. To give people a chance to get this information before it is too late. A little bit late certainly, but better late than never.
